Image Coaching by Nila Palacios Latin Fashion

For 2012 we are planning a brand new image coaching consultancy and training service for women who want to get the best out of their look.

We will be offering three levels of coaching:

1. Quick Transformation - over a period of 3 months we will help you with your inner self (covering confidence and self esteem), colour combinations, choice of fabrics that suit your body type (shape and skin), cuts and style - all of this will be followed by ‘practicality’ - aka shopping!! How to look for and buy accessories, shoes and handbags by spending half a day at the right boutiques.

It will include 2 makeover sessions by professional make up artists, 1 hairstyling session by a professional stylist and health consultation by a nutritionist. It will also include 3 items of clothing by Nila Palacios Latin Fashion (1 casual, 1 office and 1 cocktail).

2. Image Evolution - over a period of 4½ months we will help you with a more intensive image change covering all of the ‘Quick Transformation’ elements  followed by assessing your health and fitness and starting a weight loss program and body shaping program if needed. Our clients will learn make-up skills and quick styling for hair care. The ‘practicality’ session will include 2 full days of shopping at the boutiques. In the last phase there will be a full results based assessment on what was learnt and how to maintain the news skills.

3. Full Transformation - over a period of 6 months we will include 3 phases.

Phase 1 - in the first two months the focus will be on the inner self, health and fitness, diet and nutrition. Our clients will be engaged in exercise activities.

Phase 2 - in months three and four we will include social skills, style and dressing techniques, colour co-ordination, fabrics and cuts, mix and match.

Phase 3 - in the final two months we will go through make-up and hair, catwalk training and photography posing, followed by the ‘practicality’ over 3 full days and results based assessment over two weeks.

All the benefits of both previous categories will be included plus 2 days of makeover and hair and a professional photo shoot.
